About Greyden & Dane
Greyden Douglas
Greyden has lived on Vancouver’s West side for over 30 years. He attended L’Ecole Bilangue elementary school and then onto Prince of Wales high school. After high school he completed a double major undergraduate degree at the University of Victoria.
Greyden travelled extensively during his twenties living abroad for three years and then returned home to Vancouver. Having lived in the same area for so long Greyden has a unique knowledge of the city and the neighbourhoods within it. Greyden has been involved in Vancouver real estate for over 10 years and been selling Vancouver real estate for five years.
This is where Greyden lives and works. As a third generation Vancouverite, it would be Greyden’s pleasure to share his intimate knowledge of the city with you and help you with the single largest financial decision of your life.
Dane Kingsbury
Dane believes one of the most important aspects of his real estate business is unparalleled customer service; something that he prides himself on providing to all of his clients. Having over a decade of experience in the sales & service industry, with roots in hospitality, insurance, print management and marketing consulting, Dane is setting a new level of performance in the Vancouver Real Estate industry.
Dane obtained his post secondary degree in Human & Urban Geography, split his studies between the University of Victoria (UVic) and Simon Fraser University (SFU). Dane continued his studies at the University of British Columbia (UBC) Sauder School of Business for his Real Estate Trading Services license.
Prior to attending University Dane spent several years away from Vancouver traveling abroad. This included time spent in Laos, Thailand, Bangladesh, Nepal, Singapore and Australia (where he lived for just over a year).
Born and raised in Vancouver and having lived in a variety of neighbourhoods around the city including False Creek, Fairview, Point Grey, & the North Shore, as well as Kitsilano and Dunbar, Dane has a focused understanding of what it takes to buy and sell real estate around Vancouver. Dane’s experience in real estate has helped clients achieve their buying and selling goals throughout the city including the increasingly popular Main & Cambie street corridors, Douglas Park, Shaughnessy, Kitsilano, and Point Grey.
